Soft rosè. Delicate bouquet with citrus and orange blossom flavour. Fresh taste and agreeable acidity, well- balanced to the palate.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent with aperitives, sushi; bluefish, swordfish and tuna tartare.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.
Preferably preserved in a cool place, away from heat and light sources.
