Tasting notes:
Strong ruby red colour, full-bodied and fragrant bouquet with hints of wild berries. Full-bodied taste, intense to the palate and well-balanced tannin.
Food pairings:
Excellent with red meat, roasts, venison, cold cuts, mature cheeses. It’s recommended to leave the wine oxygenating and then serving it in a temperature between 18°-20°C.
Preferably preserved in a cool place, away from heat and light sources.
