The sweet almond TUONO variety is typical of our territory and different from all the other almond varieties, having a lower oil content. The shell can be easily broken with nutcracker and the seed is only one and big.
This almond variety is more suitable for the production of torrone but is nonetheless great as dried fruit and toasted in the oven.
