with mechanical procedures: pressing by using mullers, with cold extraction.
An oil with strong fruity taste recalling the characteristics
of the fresh fruit with very intense fragrance.
The average acidity level is of 0,3%, the peroxides index floats around 6,5 meqO/kg
and the total polyphenols level is around 476 mg/kg.
